SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

F. Hanna, James A. Fulton, Caleb J. Moore, Amos

|
H. Greenfield, Frederick W. Baker, George Y.

Mannadier, August Knofler and all and every other
|
 
|
person or persons, hereafter becoming members of the
|
 
|
corporation hereby created, in the manner hereinafter
|
 
|
mentioned, shall be and are hereby created, consti-
|
 
|
tuted and made a corporation and body politic, by
|
 
|
the name and style of " the Harford Savings Bank of
|
 
|
Harford county," and by that name shall have per-
|

petual succession, and be capable in all law by its

|
corporate name, to purchase, improve, lease, hold
|
 
|
and dispose of property, real, personal and mixed ;
|

to borrow and lend money, and to make advances

security of whatever description for loans made to

or by said corporation ; to sue and be sued, plead
