effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 185.

 

AN ACT to authorize the Mayor and City Council

 

of Baltimore to fund the floating debt of the City

 

of Baltimore, as authorized or existing on the

 

thirty-first day of October, eighteen hundred and

 

seventy-three, to an amount not exceeding two

 

millions of dollars.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
