AN ACT to refund to Daniel F. Stouffer of Washing-

|
ton county, the sum of forty dollars paid by him
|
 
|
into the Treasury, on or about the thirteenth day of
|
 
|
June, in the year eighteen hundred and seventy-
|
 
|
one.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Comptroller be, and he is hereby
|

to Daniel F

authorized and directed to issue his warrant to the
|
Stouffer.
|
Treasurer, to pay to Daniel F. Stouffer of Washing-
|
 
|
ton county, the sum of forty dollars out of any un-
|
 
|
appropriated funds in the Treasury.
|
 
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
|
 
|
effect from the date of its passage.
|
 
|
