of proper locations for the propagation and culture
of such food fishes as it shall be deemed desirable to

the waters of this State as may be the result of their

SEC. 5. Be it enacted, That the salaries of said	Salaries of.

SEC. 6. Be it enacted, That the further sum of
thirty-five hundred dollars per annum, or so much
thereof as may in the opinion of the Governor, be	Appropriation.

for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of
this act; and the Comptroller shall issue his warrant
on the Treasurer for the payment of the said sum, on
presentation of the accounts of the said Commissioners,
approved by the Governor, out of any monies in the
Treasury, not otherwise appropriated.
SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That this act shall take	In force
