CHAPTER 142.
AN ACT to repeal article fourteen, section one hun-
dred and fourteen of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title " Kent county ," sub-title "justices of
the peace and constables," and re-enact the same
with amendments.
SECTION 1. Se it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That article fourteen, section one hundred	Repealed and re-enacted.

stables, be and the same is hereby repealed, and re-
enacted so as to read as follows :
SEC. 114. And be it enacted, That there shall be	Justices of the
