SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That any person

or persons violating any of the provisions of this act,

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That the County

are hereby authorized, in their discretion, to levy

struction of fish warps or ladders, to facilitate the

nated by said County Commissioners.
