CHAPTER 128.

AN ACT to repeal section twenty-five, of article

twelve, Code of Public Local Laws, title " Harford

County," sub-title " Collectors," and to re-enact

the same with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Repealed and
re-enacted.

Maryland, That section twenty-five, of article twelve,
of the Code of Public Local Laws, title " Harford

County," relating to the bonds of collectors of taxes

of Harford county, be, and the same is hereby re-

pealed and re-enacted so as to read as follows :

county, when executed and recorded agreeably to
law, shall be a lien on the real estate of the several

collectors and their securities in Harford county,

from the sealing and delivering thereof; provided,
that the said lien shall not affect the contingent

right of dower of the wife of said collectors or their

securities.

effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 129.

AN ACT for the protection of fish and for the con-

struction of fish warps or ladders in the creeks of

Montgomery county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That from and after the passage of this
