Jury of the county for malfeasance in office, and

shall upon conviction thereof, before the Circuit

Court of the county, be fined in each case not less
|
 
|
than five nor more than twenty dollars, in the discre-
|
 
|
tion of the court, and the bond of the said supervisor
|
 
|
shall be liable for said fine.

SEC. 10. And be it enacted, That the County Com-

or malfeasance in office, and to re-appoint another

SEC. 11. And be it enacted, That all new public

made thirty feet wide, well drained and graded;

and it shall be the duty of the County Commissioners
|
 
|
of the said courty to reject all such roads if not put
|

in the most complete order; and the County Com-

missioners as aforesaid, may make at any time such
|
 
|
further rules and regulations as they may deem
|
 
|
necessary for the better keeping of public roads in
|
 
|
said county, not inconsistent with this act.
|
 
|
SEC. 12. And be it enacted, That the County Com-
|
 
|
missioners may cause to be placed at such of the
|

forks of the public roads as they may think need the

same, finger-boards or signs, showing the prominent
|
 
|
places to which said roads lead, and the distance to
|
 
|
such places; and any person tearing down or de-
facing such finger-boards or signs, shall be guilty of

|
a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof before a
|
 
|
justice of the peace, shall be fined not less than five
|
 
|
nor more than ten dollars, and shall stand committed
|
 
|
to the jail until such fine and costs are paid.

SEC. 13. And be it enacted, That all acts and parts
|

inconsistent with this act, be, and the same are

hereby repealed.

SEC. 14. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
