spective wards herein provided for, which registra-

 

tion shall be completed on or before the second

sentation according to the number of voters as neatly

to be re-divided according to the number of regis-

 

tered voters in each, as near as may conveniently be

 

done ; provided, that after the first registration herein

residence of such voters shall have been so trans-

51. Whenever the Mayor and City Council shall

 

levy any tax, they shall cause to be made out an
