CHAPTER 73.

AN ACT to add a sub-section to section one of

article —— of the code of Public General Laws,

title "General Assembly," sub-title " Mileage."

Addition

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That the following sub-section be and the

same is hereby added to article —— of the Code of

Public General Laws, title "General Assembly," sub-

title "Mileage," to be numbered sub-section one,

and to follow section one of said article.

SUB-SECTION 1. The mileage of members and offi-

cers of the General Assembly from Garrett county,

shall be fixed at the sum of one hundred and ten

dollars.

SEC 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 74.

AN ACT to amend the act of eighteen hundred

and fifty-three, chapter four hundred and forty-one,

entitled an "act to continue the corporate exist-

ance of the several banking institutions therein

mentioned," repealing the fifth and ninth sections

thereof, and re-enacting the same with amend-

ments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
