directed to draw his warrant on the Treasurer, from

time to time, as the necessity occurs, for such sum or
|
 
|
sums in payment of any fine and costs already im-
|
 
|
posed and incurred, as well as any other fine, or
|
 
|
costs which hereafter may be imposed and incurred,
|
 
|
which may be certified to be proper for payment by
|
 
|
the Attorney General, and the other counsel, who
|
 
|
may be employed by the Governor, or then by the
|
 
|
Attorney General alone, if no other counsel shall
|
 
|
be employed by the Governor.
|
 
|
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the sum of ten
|

thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be
|
 
|
necessary, be and the same is hereby appropriated,
|
 
|
out of any money in the treasury not otherwise ap-
|
 
|
propriated, to meet the disbursements provided for
|
 
|
in this act.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
|
 
|
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 62.*

AN ACT to refund to Morgan H. Clark of Washing-
|
 
|
ton county, the sum of fifty dollars, paid by him
|
 
|
into the treasury on or about- the twenty-fourth
|
 
|
day of January, eighteen hundred and seventy-two.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|

Maryland, That the Comptroller be and he is hereby
|
for the benefit
of M II Clark,
|
authorized and directed to issue his warrant to the
|
 
|
Treasurer to pay to Morgan H. Clark of Washington
|
 
|
county, the sum of fifty dollars out of any unappro-
|
 
|
priated funds in the treasury.
|
 
|
SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
|
 
|
from the date of its passage.
|
 
|
