At a Session of the General Assembly of Maryland, begun and held
at the City of Annapolis, on the Seventh day of January, 1874,
His Excellency JAMES BLACK GROOME, being Governor, from
and after the fourth day of March, 1874, the following Laws
were enacted, to wit:
