SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That the inhabitants of
|

the said Crisfield district, or election district number

seven, shall be entitled in all respects to all the rights
|
 
|
and privileges, held, or to be held, or enjoyed by the
|
 
|
other election districts in said county, and to the
|
 
|
benefit of all local laws applicable to Lawson's
|
 
|
district, aforesaid.

Registrar to be

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That the Clerk of the
|
furnished book
|
Circuit Court for Somerset county, shall furnish a
|
 
|
proper book for registration, such as may be required
|
 
|
by law, to be delivered to the registrar of voters for
|
 
|
said Crisfield district, and the said clerk shall also
|
 
|
at the same time, deliver to said registrar a full list,
|
 
|
under the seal of his office, of all registered persons
|
 
|
or voters appearing on the registration book for said
Lawson's district, and likewise on the registration
|
 
|
book of Smith's Island district; and the said
|
 
|
registrar of voters of said Crisfield district, shall
|
 
|
transcribe from said lists, and enter in alphabetical
|

order in said registration book for said new district,

the names of all persons living within the limits of,
|
 
|
and entitled to vote in said Crisneld district; and
|
 
|
likewise to register therein, the names of all persons
|
 
|
who shall become entitled to vote in said district,
|
 
|
according to the laws of this State. The registration
|
 
|
book for said Lawson's district, shall be delivered
|
 
|
by said clerk to the registrar of voters for said
|
 
|
Lawsou's district.
|
 
|
SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That it shall be the duty
|

tration book thereof, the names of all persons residing
|

within the limits of, and entitled to vote in said
