CHAPTER 30.

 

AN ACT to amend the act of the General Assem-

 

bly of eighteen hundred and seventy-two, chapter

 

one hundred and ninety-six, entitled "an act to

 

authorize the Comptroller of the Treasury to

 

adjust and settle the accounts due by collectors,

 

sheriffs, clerks, registers, and other receivers

 

of public moneys, in cases where the indebted-

 

ness accrued prior to and including the year

 

eighteen hundred and sixty-nine, by repealing

 

section one of said act, and re-enacting the same

 

with amendments.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Repealing and

Maryland, That section one, of chapter one-hundred
