The hill entitled an Act to refund to Ier Dyer, one of the
firm of Penn & Dyer, and of Ier Dyer & Co., and to
Thomas I. Hall & Co., and to Townsend, French & Co.,
monies erroneously paid as outage and storage on tobacco.

The bill entitled an Act to add additional sections to the
Act of 1870, chapter 98, entitled an Act to repeal the Act of"
incorporation of Mechanicstown, Frederick county, Mary-
land, and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Also,

The bill entitled an Act to pay Alexander H. Seth, a
Justice of the Peace of the State of Maryland, in and for
Talbot county, the sum of two hundred dollars, as fees in
certain cases.

Also,

The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the town of Vienna,
Dorchester county.

Also,

The bill entitled an Act to repeal the Act of 1872, chapter
260, entitled an Act to repeal section 28, erroneously desig-
nated as section 38 in said Act, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Prince George's County," sub-title "Bladens-
burg;" also, to repeal sections 29 and 30, of the Code of Pub-

lic Local Laws, title "Prince George's County," sub-title
"Bladensburg," and to amend and re-enact the same.

The bill entitled an Act to appropriate the sum of twelve
thousand dollars, or as much thereof as may be necessary, to
erect a iire-proof addition to the building known as the
"Comptrollers Office," in the city of Annapolis.

Also,

The bill entitled an Act to refund to Thomas Brashears,
one of the tax-payers of Prince George's county, for the year
commencing 1867, and ending 1873, a sum of money erro-
neously paid into the State Treasury.

Also,

The bill entitled an Act to provide for the payment of a
sum of money to J. Parran Crane, State's Attorney for St.
Mary's county, for professional services rendered the State.
