being an Act passed by the General Assembly of Maryland
at the January Session, 1868, chapter 244, and entitled a sup-
plement to an Act to repeal section 3 of the Act entitled an
Act to incorporate the town of Lutherville, in Baltimore
county, passed at the January session, 1868, and to re-enact
the same with amendments, and to add new sections.

The Secretary of the Senate returned the following bills,
Severally endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays:"

The bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money to
refund to Rev. John B. De Wolf, State taxes paid in error.

Also,

The bill entitled an Act to authorize the Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore City to subscribe to the capital stock of
the Baltimore and Drum Point Rail Road Company, or to
endorse the bonds of said Company.

Also,

The bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money to
pay the claims of Charles Cole, Welsh, Baker and Company,
Thomas J. Turner, W. H. Vanderford, Charles C. Fallen and.
Son, F. W. Baker, A. S. Abell and Company, George W. and
T. S. Wilson, Joseph H. Johnson, William H. Ruby, Long-
necker Brothers, J. Guest King, W. E. Weber, Keech and
Yellott, and Parran and Williams.

Also,

The bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money to
pay the claims of T. B. Jones, James Brown, B. O. Bowen,
B. L, Barker, William Mencher, Jas. J. Duke, J. T. Lyons,
George A. Fowler, John French, John Denton, E. Cecil,
John E. Griffin, William Lemmon, John Reirdon, George
Gibson, R. E. Ireland, George Robinson, Thomas Tongue
and J. T. Ireland,

Also,

The bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 2 and 6, of Arti-
cle 53, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Landlord
and Tenant," and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Also,

The bill entitled an Act authorizing the County Commis-
sioners of Baltimore county to invest a certain amount of the
money belonging to said county.

Also,

The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 138, of Article
26, of the Code of Public General Laws, as enacted at Jan-
