being an Act passed by the General Assembly of Maryland
at the January Session, 1868, chapter 244, and entitled a sup-
plement to an Act to repeal section 3 of the Act entitled an
Act to incorporate the town of Lutherville, in Baltimore
county, passed at the January session, 1868, and to re-enact
the same with amendments, and to add new sections.
The Secretary of the Senate returned the following bills,

refund to Rev. John B. De Wolf, State taxes paid in error.

endorse the bonds of said Company.
