truction of fish in the waters of the Pocomoke River and

of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Allegany
County," sub-title "Sheriff."

Also,

The bill entitled an Act to authorize George Little,
Thomas I little and Thomas V. Hunter, surviving Trustees
of the Wiseburg Church, to sell and convey certain real
estate.

Also,

The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 4 of an Act
passed at January session, 1870, chapter 400, entitled an
Act to authorize the Frederick and Pennsylvania Line Rail
Road Company to build a Railroad from Frederick city, the
terminus of the road, which it is authorized under its char-
ter to build through Frederick and Montgomery counties, to
the boundary of the District of Columbia, so as to make a
direct connection with the City of Washington, and to re-
enact the same with amendments.

Also,

The bill entitled an Act to authorize the Seneca Point
Club of Cecil county, Maryland, to elect non-resident Di-
rectors.
