Gentlemen of the Senate:

We have received your message requesting the return to
your Honorable Body of the bill entitled "An Act to authorize
the County Commissioners of Prince George's county to
subscribe to the capital stock of the Washington City and
Point Lookout Rail Road Company, and of the Southern
Maryland Rail Road Company," and have concurred therein,
And herewith return said bill.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 287 of the Acts
of January session, 1870, entitled an Act to repeal section
810, of Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, chapter
367, and to re-enact the same with amendments.
