Friendless Children of the Eastern Shore of Maryland, at
Boston."

Orphan Asylum of Baltimore, and to the Church Home and
Infirmary of Baltimore City, two thousand dollars for 1875."

Strike out "twenty-five," in line 80, and insert "thirty."

Act to repeal section 12, of Article 64, of the Code of Public
General Laws, entitled "Mortgages," and to re-enact the
same with amendment,

Section 12, after the word "money," insert: "Provided,
however, That said Trustee shall not give a bond, unless the
Court shall deem it necessary and prescribe the same in the
