fourth assessment district; the 8th and 10th election districts
shall constitute the fifth assessment district; the 9th election
district shall constitute the sixth assessment district; and the
11th and 12th election districts shall constitute the seventh
assessment district.
The county of Anne Arundel shall be divided into two
assessment districts, one of which shall be the territory
within the corporate bounds of the city of Annapolis; and
the 2nd district shall constitute all of the county not included
within the limits of the city of Annapolis.
Charles county shall be divided into two assessment districts:
the 1st to be composed of the first and third election districts;
and the 2nd to be composed of the second and fourth election
districts.
St. Mary's county shall be divided into two assessment dis -
tricts, the 1st assessment district to be composed of the first,
second and third election districts; the 2nd assessment district
to be composed of the fourth, fifth and sixth election dis-
tricts.
Prince George's county shall be divided as follows: The 1st,
2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th election districts to be composed as one
assessment district; the 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th
districts to be composed as another assessment district, thereby
making two assessment districts.
That Frederick county shall be divided into six assessment
districts, whereof election districts number 1 and 2 shall con-
stitute the first district; and election districts numbered 3, 12
and 14, shall constitute the second district; and elections dis-
tricts numbered 4, 15 and 5, shall constitute the third dis-
trict; and election districts numbered 6, 10 and 16, shall con-
stitute the fourth district; and election districts numbered
7, 9 and 13, shall constitute the fifth district; and election
districts numbered 8,11,18 and 17, shall constitute the sixth
district.
Provided, That there shall be appointed by the Governor
a Board of Control and Review for Baltimore county, which
shall consist of seven persons, who shall have all the powers
delegated to the County Commissioners in other counties of
the State by this Act,
