Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:

The Senate having declined to concur in the amendment
of your Honorable Body to Senate Bill No. 224, entitled an
Act to provide for the taxation of the property of Railroad
Companies in this State for connty and municipal purposes,
would respectfully ask the appointment of a Committee of
Conference thereon.

We have appointed on the part of the Senate, Messrs.
Earle and Tuck.

BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,

April 6th, 1874.
Gentlemen of the Senate :

We have received your massage in regard to Senate Bill
No. 224, entitled an Act to provide for the taxation of the
property of Railroad Companies in this State for county and
municipal purposes, and concur in the appointment of a
Committee of Conference on the disagreeing votes of the
two Houses.
