The bill entitled an Act to repeal two Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, passed January session, 1868, chap-
ter 33, of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland,
passed January session, 1868, and entitled an Act to incor-
porate the town of Lutherville, in Baltimore county; the
second being an Act passed by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, at January session, 1868, chapter 244, and entitled a
supplement to an Act to repeal section 3, of the Act entitled
an Act to incorporate the town of Lutherville, in Baltimore
county, passed at the January session, 1868, and to re-enact
the same with amendments, and to add new sections.
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
At the end of section 3, add the following:
"Provided, That the avenues and streets of the said town>
as laid down on the plat of Lutherville by Mr. Sides, shall be
and remain public highways."

We have received House Bill No. 269, being a bill enti-
tled an Act to repeal two Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, passed at January session, 1868, chapter 33, of the
Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed January
session, 1868, and entitled an Act to incorporate the town of
Lutherville, in Baltimore county, &c., with the amendments
proposed by your Honorable Body to said bill, and respect-
fully non-concur therein, and request your Honorable Body to
recede from said amendments, and herewith return said bill
for that purpose.
