Mr. McColgan, from the Committee on the Judiciary, re-
ported without amendment,

The Senate bill entitled an Act to amend Article 69, of the
Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Officers," by adding
thereto additional sections to follow section 12 of said Ar-
ticle.

Which was read a second time.

Mr. Watkins, Chairman of the Committee on Ways and
Means, reported without amendment,

The Senate hill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments, section 195, of chapter 172, of the Acts of 1872,
entitled an Act to add additional sections to Article 81 of
the Code of Public General Laws of this State, entitled
"Revenue and Taxes," under the sub-title "National
Banks."

Which was read a second time.

Mr. McColgan, from the Committee on the Judiciary, re-
ported without amendment,

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 172, of
Article 93, of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to
Testamentary Law, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.

Which was read a second time.
Also, without amendment,

The Senate hill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments, the 23d section of the 41st Article of the Code
of Public General Laws, title "Pish and Fisheries," sub-
title "Patuxent."

Which was read a second time.
Also, unfavorably,

The Ssnate bill entitled an Act to regulate and prescribe
the mauner of holding post-mortem examinations and analyz-
ing the stomach, bowels and contents thereof, and of other
portions of the human body, whenever any person or persons
are suspected to have died from poison administered by any
person for the purpose of causing death, or for procuring any
poison to be taken by any person for the purpose of causing
the death of any person.

The unfavorable report was adopted.
