Hines, Speaker, Lee, Joyce, So the motion prevailed, And the House proceeded to the consideration of said bill.
Mr. Stewart, of Baltimore City, moved that the further Pending which, Mr. Seth demanded the prevsous question, The question then being, "Shall the main question be now put?" It was decided in the affirmative.
The question then recurring upon sustaining the motion Mr. Koons demanded the yeas and nays. The demand being sustained, The yeas and nays were called and appeared as follows:
