favorably,

The Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Charles county to subscribe to the capital
stock of the Southern Maryland Rail Road Company.

Mr. Colton moved to suspend the rules, and place the bill
on its second reading, under the provisions of the Constitu-
tion, section 27, Article 3.
