said Article."

reported favorably

The Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal an Act passed
January Session, 1870, chapter 441, entitled an Act' to
amend section 1 of Article XXXVIII. of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title 'Fees of Officers,' by repealing and re-enact-
ing the same as amended."

States to procure the condemnation of lands within the State
of Maryland, for certain purposes, and ceding jurisdiction
