The Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal chapter 181 of
the Acts of 1872, entitled an Act to repeal section 21 of
Article VII. of the Code of Public Local Laws of Carroll
county, sub-title Justices of the Peace and Constables, and
to re-enact the same with amendments, and to amend and
re-enact the same,"

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

Mr. Walsh moved to suspend the rule which prohibited
the consideration of the House bill relating to Collectors in
Harford county.

which it had been reported.

Mr. Brattan called up the Senate bill entitled "An Act to
establish a new Election District in Somerset county."
