The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 20, of an
Act entitled an Act to incorporate Companies to make Turn-
pike Roads through Baltimore county, and for other pur-
poses, passed at December session, 1864, and to re-enact the
same with amendments.

Said bill was read a second time.

The bill entitled an Act to authorize the Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore City to subscribe to the capital stock of
the Baltimore and Drum Point Bail Road Company, or to
endorse the bonds of said Company,
