Temperance.

Mr. Denson presented the petition of Mary Oram, widow of
Cooper Oram, soldier of the war 1812, asking a pension.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on Pensions.

Mr. Aydelotte presented the pitition of fifty-one voters of
Newtown, Worcester county, praying for a Local Option Law.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on Tem-
perance.

Mr. Knight presented the petition of Isaac F. Vanarsdale
and others, asking for Pension for Lydea McDonald, widow
of soldier of the war of 1812.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on Pensions.

Mr. Denson presented the petition of Elizabeth Baker,
widow of John Baker, soldier of the war of 1812.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on Pensions.

Mr. Tuck presented the petitions of Catherine Arnold and
Matilda Wilson, widows of soldiers in the war of 1812,
asking pensions.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on Pensions.

Mr. Walsh presented the memorial of the Maryland Indus-
trial School for girls.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on Finance.

Mr. Tuck presented the petition of W. R. Thompson, a
soldier of the war of 1812, praying to be put on the pension
list.

Which was read and referred to the Commitee on Pensions.

St. John's College.
