Being upon its second reading,

Mr. Gill submitted the following amendment:

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Amend by adding to section 6 :

Provided, No track or tracks shall be laid within the
limits of Baltimore City without the consent of the Mayor
and City Council thereof first had and obtained, and the said
railroad shall be subject to all ordinances of the Mayor and
City Council.

The proposed amendment was adopted.
