74. If more than one hundred dollars, and not more than
two hundred dollars, the sum of sixty dollars.

75. If more than two hundred dollars, and not more than
three hundred dollars, the sum of seventy-five dollars.

76. If more than three hundred dollars, and not more
than four hundred dollars, the sum of ninety dollars.

77. If more than four hundred dollars, and not more than
five hundred dollars, the sum of one hundred dollars.

78. If more than five hundred dollars, and not more than
seven hundred and fifty dollars, the sum of one hundred and
twenty-five dollars.

79. If more than seven hundred and fifty dollars, and not
more than one hundred dollars, the sum of one hundred and
fifty dollars.

80. If more than one thousand dollars, and not more than
two thousand dollars, the sum of two hundred dollars.

81. If more than two thousand dollars, and not more than
three thousand dollars, the sum of two hundred and fifty
dollars.

82. If more than three thousand dollars, and not more
than five thousand dollars, the sum of three hundred dollars.

83. If more than five thousand dollars, and not more than
ten thousand dollars, the sum of four hundred dollars.

84. If more than ten thousand dollars, the sum of five
hundred dollars.

OYSTER OR EATING HOUSES.

85. If any person or hody corporate shall purpose to open,
set up or keep an oyster-house, cook-shop or victualing-
house, or lager beer saloon, or any place other than an
Ordinary, at or in which spirituous or fermented liquors or
lager beer may he sold or bartered in less quantities than a
pint, at any one time, he shall apply to the Clerk of the Cir-
cuit Court of the county in which he may reside, and file
his recommendation as aforesaid, or if he reside in the City
of Baltimore, to the Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas
therefor.

86. And upon such application, the said applicant shall
pay to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the county where he
resides, or if said applicant shall reside in the City of Balti-
more, then to the Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas, one
hundred dollars.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the following additional
sections be, and the same are hereby, added to the said
Article:
