Amend the title so as to read as follows: "A bill entitled
an Act to repeal sections 113 and 114, Article 10, of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Dorchester county, sub-title
'Fish and Public Local Laws of Talbot county,' and also sec-
tions 90 and 91, Article 6, of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Caroline county, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.
The proposed amendment was adopted; and the bill read

The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 15, of Article
153, of the Act of 1872, entitled an Act to provide for the
inspection of steam boilers in the City of Baltimore, and re-
enact the same with amendments,
Being upon a second reading,
Mr. Matthews submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Amend section 15, line 6, by striking out the words
"boilers insured," and inserting in lieu thereof the word
"certificate," so that it will read "two dollars for each cer-
tificate, &c."
The proposed amendment was rejected.
