The bill entitled an Act to enable the qualified voters of
Queen Anne's county to determine by ballot whether spirit-
uous or fermented liquors shall be sold in sail county or in
any of the election districts thereof, or a license granted for
the sale of the same.

Said bill being upon a third reading,

Mr. Seth, (by unanimous consent,) submitted the following
amendment:

Insert "Talbot county" after "Caroline county," wher-
ever it occurs.
