chanics' Bank of Baltimore City.

and property in Baltimore county.

county delegation.

A hill entitled an Act to repeal section 16, of Article 29,
of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Courts," sub-title
"Judgments," and to amend and re-enact the same.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Committee
on the Judiciary.

A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 2 of, Article 37, of
the Code of Public General Laws, title "Evidence," sub-title
"Competency of Witnesses," as amended by the Act of Jan-
uary session, 1868, chapter 116, and to amend and re-enact
the same.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on the
Judiciary.

A bill entitled an Act to revive and extend the Act of
January session, 1872, chapter 420, entitled an Act to revive,
re-enact and amend certain sections of the Act of January
session, 1852, chapter 316, entitled an Act to authorize the
appointment of a Commission to take testimony, to provide
for the recording of copies of wills and other papers, of
which the originals were lost by the burning of the court-
house in Dorchester county, and to remedy as far as practi-
cable the evils likely to ensue from the destruction of the
records of said county.
