Mr. Leonard submitted the following Joint Resolution :

Resolved by the Senate and House of Delegates of Mary-
land, That the State Librarian be directed to furnish, for the
use of Wicomico county, the early Maryland Reports, viz :
Gill's Reports, nine volumes; Harris and Gill's Reports, two
volumes; Gill and Johnson's Reports, twelve volumes; Har-
ris and McHenry's Reports, four volumes; and Harris and
Johnson's Reports, seven volumes; and that if said Reports
are not in the Library, that he is hereby directed to purchase
the game.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Committee
on the Library.

On motion of Mr. Eiley,

Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
introduce a bill to repeal section 203, of Article 30, of the
Code of Public General Laws of Maryland.

On motion of Mr. Watkins,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and Means
