Mr. Johnson submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Section 1, line 10, strike out the word "fifty" before the
word thousand, and insert "thirty."

Which was rejected.

Mr. Johnson moved to strike out the enacting clause of
the bill.

Decided in the negative.

Said bill was then read a second time and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to add additional sections to Arti-
cle 8, of the Code of Public Local Laws, relating to Cecil
county, to be sub-title "License,"

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
