Mr. Walsh submitted the following message to the House
of Delegates:

BY THE SENATE,

Feb'y 10th, 1874.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:

We propose, with the concurrence of your Honorable Body,
that the Joint Committee to visit the Maryland Asylum at
Spring Grove, in Baltimore county, shall also extend their
visit to the Maryland Industrial School for Girls.

By order,

AUGUSTUS GASSAWAY,

Secretary.

Which was read, assented to, and sent to the House of Del-
egates.

The Senate bill entitled "An Act to establish a Board of
Public Charities,"

Being on third reading,

On motion by Mr. Denson,
Was postponed and ordered to be printed, as amended.

The Senate bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the Bank
of Cambridge, in Cambridge, Dorchester county, Maryland,"

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows:

AFFIRMATIVE.
