The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 827, chapter 473,
of the Acts of Assembly, passed January session, 1870, entit-
led an Act to add an additional section to Article 4 of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "City of Baltimore," sub-
title "Police," and to amend and re-enact the same (as
amended,)

ments."

Line 14, after theword "examination," insert "except for
disorderly conduct or theft;" line 18, strike out the word
"fifty" and insert "ten."

Add new section :

SECTION 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
