No. 141. An Act to enlarge the powers of the County
Commissioners of Washington county.
No. 142. An Act to repeal Article 14, section 14, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Kent County," sub-title
"Justices of the Peace and Constables," and to re-enact the
same with amendments.
No. 143. An Act to refund to Charles G. Harrison a cer-
tain sum of money erroneously paid into the Treasury.
No, 144. An Act to repeal sections 5 and 6, of the Act of
the General Assembly of Maryland, passed, at January ses-
sion, 1872, chapter 212, entitled an Act to provide for taking
a vote for or against a new county in certain election districts
in Allegany ceunty, at the election to be held in the fall of
1872, and to re-enact the same with amendments.
No. 145. An Act to enlarge the powers of the County

No. 146. An Act to repeal chapter 287, of the Laws pass-
ed at the January session, 1870, and to repeal sections 810,
811 and 816, of Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Baltimore City, sub-title "Police," and to re-enact the
following in lieu thereof.

Gentlemen of the House of Delegates of Maryland:
I have the honor of transmitting to you the Report of the
Committee appointed by the Legislature at its present ses-
sion, for the purpose of presenting to the Legislature of Vir-
ginia the Resolutions adopted by the Legislature of Maryland,
for the adjustment of the boundary line between the two-
States.
