testament of Alice M. Gittings, late of Cecil county, deceased,
to the Vestry of St. James' Church of Cecil county, Mary-

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act entitled an ad-
ditional supplement to an Act to incorporate the Trustees of
the Franklin Academy or School, in Baltimore county, pass-
ed at December session, 1825, chapter 112,
