Strike out the word " nine," in the 7th line of the printed
bill, and insert in lieu thereof the word " six."

Section 6, line 5, after the word "grain," insert "carried
to the city on wagons or carts, or grain."

The proposed amendment was adopted, and the bill, as
amended, read a second time and ordered to be engrossed
