Section 1, line 3, after the word "establishment," insert
The proposed amendment was adopted, and the bill, as Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays^as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs.
Hines, Speaker, Merrill, Loane, NEGATIVE.—Mr. Annan—1. Said bill was then sent to the Senate.
On motion of Mr. Seth,
" The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 6 and 13, of an Said bill being upon a second reading, Mr. Stake submitted the following amendment: AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Section 6, line 4, strike out the words "railroad cars." |
