Mr. Greenfield submitted the following message:
BY THE HOUSE op DELEGATES,

March 23rd, 1874.
Gentlemen of the Senate :

We have received your message requesting the House to
recede from the amendments proposed to the bill entitled
"An Act relating to Building Associations, Homstead As-
sociations and Land Companies in this State," and we re-
spectfully adhere to the amendments proposed by this
House.

Which was read, assented to, and sent to the Senate.
On motion of Mr. Seth,

Mr. Lee (the rules being suspended) submitted the follow-
