the Code of Public General Laws, title "Attachments," and
to re-enact the same with amendments.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Committee
on the Judiciary.

A bill entitled an Act regulating fences in Garrelt county.

Which was read a first time and referred to Messrs. West,
Glotfelty and Colton.

A bill entitled an Act supplementary to the Act of 1865,
chapter 151, entitled an Act to incorporate the town of New-
town, in Worcester county, authorizing the Town Commis-
sioners of Newtown to build a lock-up within the limits of
said town.

Which was read a first time and referred to Messrs. Merrill,
Pruitt and Due.

A bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower the Trus-
tees of the Union Academy, in Worcester county, to convey
and transfer all the property, both real and personal, belong-
ing to said Trustees, to the Board of County School Commis-
sioners of Worcester county, and also to authorize and em-
power the Board of County School Commissioners of Worces-
ter county to sell certain real estate.
