No. 81. A hill entitled an Act to empower the Board of
Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church of Cumberland,
to sell and convey a certain lot of ground in said city.
No. 82. A bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 9 and 10,
of Article 1, of the Code of Public Local Laws, relating to
Allegany county, and to re-enact said sections with amend-
ments.
No. 83. A bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 54, 55.
56 and 57, of Article 21, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
relating to Washington county, and to re-enact said sections
with amendments.
No. 85. A bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower
the County Commissioners of Washington county to sub-
scribe to the capital stock of Turnpike Companies in said
county.
No. 90. A bill entitled "An Act to provide for the re-
division of Allegany county into election districts."
No. 78. A bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act passed
January session, 1865, chapter 74, entitled an Act to repeal
section 310, of Article eleven, (11,) of the Code of Public
Local Laws, entitled "Frederick County" and re-enact the
same with an amendment, and to substitute in lieu of the said
Act the following.
No. 96. A bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact sec-
tion 13, of the Act of 1872, entitled "An Act to provide for
the inspection of steam boilers in the City of Baltimore."
No. 91. A bill entitled "An Act supplemental to an Act
entitled an Act to incorporate the Dulaney's Valley and Tow-
sontown Turnpike Company, in Baltimore county, passed
January session, eighteen hundred and fifty-six, chapter
twenty-four."
No. 92. A bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act passed at
January session, 1872, chapter 67, entitled "An Act to prevent
swine from running at large in the streets, lanes and alleys
contiguous to Burkittsville, in Frederick county, and to re-
enact the same with amendments."
No. 93. A bill entitled "An Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Dorchester county to subscribe to the cap-
ital stock of the Cambridge and Chesapeake Rail Road Com-
pany."
No. 79. A bill entitled "An Act for the protection of
black bass and other fish in the Patapsco River above tide-
water."
