Public General Laws, entitled "Licenses," to repeal section
19 of said Article, and to add further sections to said Article,
regulating the sales of intoxicating liquors,

ticle 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "City of
Baltimore," providing for the appointment of the General
Inspector, and four Assistant Inspectors of Flour, and defin-
ing their duties, said new sections to be added to said Ar-
ticle, under sub-title "Flour."
