favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to provide fop the taxation of dogs
in Montgomery county.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Gill submitted the following message:

BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATED,

March 20th, 1874.
Gentlemen of the Senate :

We herewith return to your Honorable Body, House bill
entitled an Act to prevent trespassing, with dog or gun, on
private property in Kent county, endorsed March 19th, 1874,
"Passed by yeas and nays," and respectfully ask your Honor-
able Body to reconsider its action thereon.

Chief Clerk.

Which was read, assented to, and sent to the Senate.
The bill named therein was returned therewith.

On motion of Mr. Foster, (the rules being suspended,)

The House proceeded to the consideration of the bill enti-
tled an Act to appropriate a sum of money to pay L. F. Col-
ton & Company, for paper furnished, and for printing,
binding and distributing the Report of the Board of State
School Commissioners, for the year 1872, as per order of the
Governor, in compliance with the Act of 1872, chapter 377,
sub-title chapter 12, section 1.

Said bill being upon a third reading,

Said bill was then read a third time and passed by yeas

and nays, as follows:
