other citizens of Harford county, for a general law offering a
reward for the head of each chicken-hawk killed in this State.

Which was read and referred to the Committee on Agri-
culture.

Mr. Davis submitted the following order :

Ordered, That Charles H. Mann be, and he is hereby ap-
pointed Assistant Post Master to the Senate, provided he shall
be entitled to pay for the balance of the Session only.
