tion of hawks in Harford and Worcester counties.

and Worcester delegations.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to provide an additional
section to Article 11, of the Code of Public General Laws,
title "Attorneys."

Which was read a first time and referred to the Committee
on the Judiciary.

Also,

The Senate bill entitled an Act to require all auctioneers
mating sales, in Baltimore county, to pay a license fee.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Baltimore
county delegation.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to regulate the manufac-
ture and sale of oils for illuminating purposes, repealing an
Act passed January session, 1872, chapter 135, entitled an
Act to repeal section 2 of chapter 266, entitled an Act to
regulate the manufacture and sale of oils for illuminating
purposes, passed January session, 1872, and re-enact the
same so as to read as follows ; also an Act passed January
session, 1866, entitled an Act to regulate the manufacture
and sale of oils for illuminating purposes, and substituting
in lieu of these Acts the following.

City delegation.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to refund ta Mary Cooke,
executrix of George Cooke, surviving partner of the late
William Cooke & Sons, for the benefit of Dr. Richard S.
Stewart, James Cheston and others, moneys erroneously paid
by them to Inspectors of Tobacco in Baltimore City lor outage
and storage.
