AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Strike out all after the word "Act," in section 4, line 2,
and insert the following in lieu thereof: "Shall on conviction
thereof be adjudged guilty of a misdemeanor, and after pre-
sentment and indictment by a grand jury, and conviction, be
fined not less than two dollars, or be imprisoned in the county
jail not leas than five nor more than ten days, at the discre-
tion of the Court,"
